Try pokemon emerald dx or pokemon sovereign of the skies , sovereign of the skies isn't completed yet but a really good rom hack with mega evolution , while pokemon emerald dx is completed but not going to get updated not too sure with mega evolution being in it since i haven't completed it yet.
